Grief Doesn’t Need a Lesson—It Needs Compassion

Grief does not always arrive with something to teach you. Sometimes it is simply the ache of having loved, hoped, stayed, or lost.

Before you rush to find the meaning, let compassion meet you there. You do not have to turn pain into wisdom before you are allowed to feel it.

Compassion says: this hurts because it mattered. And for today, that truth is enough.
